Meet the Co-Founders
General Contractors Pat Bolger and Ronan Agnew joined forces in 2009 to start Dunros Construction. Each partner has about 20 years of experience in the building/remodeling trades. Here are their stories:
Ronan Agnew
Ronan brings a depth of experience in the construction industry to the company. Talented in all stages of construction, he’s also an expert at facilitating an effective work environment. Ronan completed his four-year carpentry apprentice at the age of 20 during a booming economy in Ireland. Before settling in San Francisco, he had worked in Australia and Boston. Now Ronan lives in Marin County with his wife, a chiropractor, and three young daughters. The family enjoys playing board games, doing art projects and reading together.
Pat Bolger
A graduate of the University of Brighton's Engineering program in the UK, Pat is involved in both the hands-on construction and project management. He takes great care to deliver projects on deadline spending most of his time on site. Clients have repeatedly expressed their appreciation about the sense of precision and pride he brings to the work. A resident of San Francisco, Pat enjoys spending time in Nature: mountain biking, backcountry snowboarding and paddle boarding.
